TRAPPED ON THE PREHISTORIC PLANET

BUUUUUUUUURP! - s'cuze me!

Sometimes, Crunch can eat too much, or eat the wrong thing. After he eats part of a machine that Rob and Ono were working on, Bo takes it upon herself to teach the Orbot Glutton a lesson by means of a practical joke. While Crunch is resting in a recharge bed, Bo and Boo sneak into his room. Bo removes a circuit board from Crunch that operates his eating and processing programs.

Mentallant - Shadow's telepathic menace Rondu's baby, the Deflectron! It's just a bit TOO easy to steal! Meanwhile, Umbra sends his agent Mentallant, the master of mental control, to defeat Mighty Orbots. Mentallant steals the Earth’s planetary defense satellite, the Defectron™. It isn’t long before Mighty Orbots is in chase. They follow Mentallant’s engine exhaust to the planet Evilon.
Ooooh! This is gonna be FUN! Mentallant's ship flies over an asteroid it has just sent on a collision course towards Earth
Arriving on Evilon, Mighty Orbots finds the Deflectron™ and Mentallant’s ship. But Mentallant fires up the Deflectron™ , sealing the planet off. Mighty Orbots attempts to punch its way through the force shield, but gets zapped by the field. To prevent the Orbots from being totally drained of energy, Rob orders “All systems OFF! NOW!!” That causes a forced separation, the Orbots to revert to basic robot mode, and all of them to plummet towards the ground below. Rob quickly restarts his Orbots, just before they smash into the ground (at least the ladies and the Beam Car make it safely - the guys all pound the ground in one fashion or another). All are functional, but severely depleted of energy.

Ever feel totally drained? Orbots in a free fall! YEOW! Bo knows the ground when she sees it! PRANGGGG!!! You've got to be in model rocketry to know what that means, but Tor here is giving a good example of what a prang is!
ATTACK!! Okay! Mentallant sends a giant flying lizard after the Orbots! It grabs Ono, destroying the tools and recharge batteries she is carrying! 'At this time, that's not all that reasuring, Tor!' Ono tells Tor, after he rescues her from the creature, only to have his thrusters shut down from the lack of power!

Here Crunch! This luminite will make your teeth strong and your surface shiny! ZABOING!! PTWEE!! ZAPPOWIE!! ZONK! Bort finds a pile of Luminite ore, a high energy mineral. Rob tries to get Crunch to eat some so that he convert the rock into energy. But Crunch can not. When he tries, he locks up, unable to munch down on the ore. Bo admits that she is the reason why Crunch can not eat the ore, but it should be an easy fix. She retrieves the missing circuit board from her storage shunt, only to find it cracked in half, useless.

I'm not HAPPY!! Mentallant sends this beast to attact the Orbots!
Mentallant returns, and using his mental controls in his helmet, sends huge creatures after the Orbots. Can the Orbots get recharged, escape Evilon, and lastly, save the Earth from an asteroid that Mentallant has sent on a collision course to the now unprotected planet?

Bort manages to get Mentallant's cerebro helmet off, thus removing Mentallant's mind control The beast goes wild without Mentallant's control. First it destroys the Deflectron, then chases after the Orbots! Mentallant escapes to freedom... ...which is short-lived! Dia arrives to capture the Shadow Agent after he has left the planet!

Crunch, after having his circuits repaired, eats the proto-neutron core of the Deflectron! BUUUUUUUUURP!
